A Georgia native, William LeGate is a rare young talent who harnessed his propensity for computers and love of video games into something productive. William attends The Walker School, where he is taking college level classes as a sophomore. The high school sophomore’s career started at age 11 when he began setting up network hubs. By age 12 he was blogging and by 13 he was an arbitrageur, buying and repairing iPods and iPhones and selling them for a higher price. At 14, LeGate wrote his first iPhone app, Fake-A-Text that was featured in the New York Times. Game Giveaway was developed through Imagination Research Labs, an iPhone development firm based out of Atlanta, GA founded by LeGate.

Previously, John oversaw all the financial and accounting activities of Linden Lab including management of the rapidly growing Second Life economy. John has extensive experience building and growing profitable internet companies. Prior to Linden Lab John was CFO at HouseValues where he led finance and accounting as the company profitably quadrupled to over $100 million in revenue in 3 years. John also arranged the company’s first institutional financing round of $15 million and its $94 million IPO in 2004.
Prior to joining HouseValues, John co-founded Affinity Internet, Inc. raising more than $60 million to build a highly profitable Web hosting and services company serving more than 200,000 small and medium sized business customers. John has worked as an investment banker and a management consultant and began his career as an engineer in GE’s highly acclaimed management training programs.
John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Wayne is a business owner, entrepreneur and angel investor. In addition to HBN Interactive, he is an investor in commercial and residential real estate developments in Georgia and Alabama. Wayne also holds shares in over 10 private fast growing company’s, primarily in the technology and services sector. He started and sold Temporary Alternatives, a staffing company with multiple locations in four southeastern states. He is currently an owner in TA Staffing which has three locations in Tennessee and MedPro Staffing, a nurse travel company which employs nurses in hospitals in 42 states and the Virgin Islands.
Prior to starting his own company, Wayne was a Human Resources Director for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Wayne received an A.A. degree from Cumberland University, a B.S. degree in marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and did graduate work at Western Kentucky State University.

Duane is responsible for the strategic direction and operational oversight of HBN Interactive’s two business units. Duane founded the company in January 2003 and grew it from a garage type setting into a fast growing real estate niche operation. In a challenging real estate environment, Duane has managed to continue to grow HBN’s top and bottom lines at a better than 70% year over year aggregate growth rate.
Before HBN, Duane founded LEI, a successful real estate investing firm based in Georgia. Prior to that, Duane was the Sales Manager for the South East division for HeadHunter.Net before being acquired by CareerBuilder. Duane was also a co-founder of TAofA, a staffing firm located in Atlanta GA. The company grew quickly in six years and was the 2nd largest independent staffing firm out of over 350 in Atlanta before being acquired by a company in 1996. TAofA was a small business of the year finalist.
